Before first use, fully charge the battery. The toy is not water-resistant, so do not use it in water, puddles, or wet grass, and clean dirt from the surface with a slightly damp cloth only. After play, turn off the ball by pressing the button for an extended period and store it out of the dog's reach. How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
