The interactive bouncing ball is an automatic toy for cats that moves around the home once activated, awakening your cat's natural hunting instinct. The ball, with a diameter of 4.2 cm, rolls, spins 360°, and in bouncing modes jumps to a height of 1 to 5 cm. This unpredictable movement keeps your cat engaged during playtime. The silicone cover is removable and washable, making it easy to keep the ball clean even after intense play. The charging connector is located under the silicone cover. Fully charge the toy before first use. A red light indicates a low battery, while a continuously glowing green light means charging is complete. The ball is not waterproof, so do not leave it near a water bowl or in a damp environment.
The interactive ball provides your cat with daily exercise, entertainment, and an opportunity to expend energy without your constant involvement. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
