This handheld shower head transforms everyday showering into a pleasant experience thanks to its large square surface measuring 12 x 27 cm. The wide head distributes water evenly across the body, and due to its pressure design, the flow feels stronger even at normal household water pressure. You have 8 flow modes available, which can be switched with one hand directly on the handle. The gentle rain flow is perfect for a calm morning shower, while the pulse and massage modes help to relax tense muscles after sports or a long day. Control is provided by three separate buttons located beneath the head. One turns on the rain flow, another the spray, and the third the pulse mode, and by combining them, you can achieve additional mixed modes. The nozzles are made of silicone, which is flexible and allows you to easily wipe away limescale with your finger, keeping the openings clear. Inside the handle, water flows through an insert made of stainless steel 316, which has low thermal conductivity, ensuring that the handle remains comfortable to the touch even when showering with hot water.

Installation can be done by anyone in no time. Simply unscrew the existing shower from the hose and screw the new head onto the standard thread. For perfect sealing, use the gasket from your hose. Maintenance is easy; just rinse the head with clean water after showering and occasionally rub the silicone nozzles to prevent limescale build-up. Wipe the painted surface with a soft cloth without abrasive cleaners to maintain its appearance for a long time. If you have hard water at home, it is advisable to clean the nozzles regularly every few weeks. You can remove the head from the hose during cleaning and thoroughly rinse it with a flow of clean water.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
