The KnightX Grad filter is designed for photographers who want to achieve a more pronounced sky in their images without complex adjustments in software. The filter has a thread diameter of 52 mm and can be attached to a lens with this thread or to a clip for a phone with a 52 mm ring. The upper half of the filter is tinted and smoothly transitions to a clear section towards the bottom, thus primarily adjusting the sky while keeping the foreground natural. The optical element is made from high-quality optical resin, which allows light to pass through without distracting reflections. The filter is suitable for landscapes, urban scenes, the sea, and mountains.
The frame is made from ultra-thin aluminium 6061, which is also used in the aerospace industry. Thanks to its low profile, the filter does not create dark corners even when shooting with a wide-angle lens. The markings on the frame are laser engraved, ensuring they do not rub off or fade. There is an additional thread on the front for attaching another filter or accessory, allowing for stacking filters as needed.
Grad filters are traditionally used where the sky is much brighter than the landscape below. Without a filter, the sky can be overexposed or washed out, while with the filter, the detail of clouds and colour tones are preserved. The effect is visible immediately when composing the shot, making it easy to see how the final photograph will look. The filter is lightweight and compact, so you can carry it with you at all times and only attach it when the scene calls for it. The resulting images then require less post-processing.

When photographing, rotate the filter so that the tinted part covers the sky and the transition lies roughly along the horizon line. On a phone, screw the filter into the clip with a 52 mm ring and attach the clip over the main camera. Clean the optical surface with a soft lens cloth and avoid touching it with your fingers. When not in use, store the filter in a case or pouch to prevent scratches. Before attaching, ensure that the thread is clean and that the filter screws on easily without pressure.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
