The folding car step hooks onto the door lock to create a sturdy step, allowing you to comfortably reach the roof of the vehicle. It is made from aluminium alloy and features a yellow colour with black protective pads. It facilitates access to the roof rack, loading luggage into the roof box, as well as washing and cleaning the roof. At the end of the step is the tip of a safety hammer, which can be used to break the side window in an emergency. When folded, it takes up little space, so you can carry it in the door pocket or boot.
- Attachment to Door Lock — the hook of the step is placed on the metal lock (latch) in the door frame. After opening the door, simply hang the step, stand on it, and hold onto the vehicle or carrier with your hand.

- How to Use the Step — open the door, place the hook on the lock so that the step faces away from the vehicle, and gently push it down. Then stand on the step and hold onto the vehicle frame or roof rack. After finishing your work, remove the step before closing the door.
- Safe Storage — we recommend carrying the step within reach of the driver, such as in the door pocket, so that the hammer is quickly accessible in case of emergency.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
