The foldable handbag hook with a round head measuring approximately 4.5 x 4.5 x 1.5 cm is a small accessory that allows you to avoid placing your handbag on the floor. The top side of the head is decorated with a colourful enamelled design featuring flowers, leaves, and butterflies, complemented by small gems. You unfold the hook, place the head on the table, and the articulated arm with a curved end hangs down along the edge. You can hang your handbag on it, keeping it clean and always within reach. Using it is simple. Unfold the hook, place the head with the rubber side on a flat table surface near the edge so that the arm hangs freely downwards, and hang your handbag by its handle on the curved end. The weight of the bag will press the hook against the table. The enamelled surface only needs occasional wiping with a soft dry cloth; do not use abrasive sponges or aggressive cleaning agents. Do not hang the hook on glass or very slippery surfaces, and do not overload it with very heavy bags, such as full travel bags or backpacks with laptops. When not in use, keep it folded to prevent the enamelled decor from rubbing against keys and other items in your handbag. You can store it in a small pocket of your handbag or in a small items case, where you will always find it when you need it.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
