The feeding arena made of two modules is a compact enclosure that expands your modular formicarium with space for foraging. The frame in a 1 x 2 module arrangement has dimensions of 120 x 60 x 37 mm, making it suitable for smaller setups on a table or shelf. Inside the arena, there are two circular elements covered with fine mesh and a light structured surface. Around the perimeter, there are 6 entry holes with a diameter of 10 mm for connecting to a nest and other parts. The arena is suitable for most commonly kept species of ants.
Thanks to its low construction, the arena is clear and easily combines with other modules of the same series. According to the manufacturer's information, a water feeder and waste space can be connected to it, which are sold separately. The grey parts are connected with screws during assembly, which are included in the package. You can place the arena next to the nest or connect it between other modules depending on how you want to arrange the setup. The circular elements inside the arena are covered with fine mesh and are clearly visible even from above. The arena can be used as an enclosure for a single nest or as a connecting space that leads to multiple nesting modules at once, allowing the setup to be rearranged at any time.

After assembly, place the arena on a flat and stable surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Connect it to the nest through one of the entry holes and keep unused holes closed to ensure the ants remain inside. Provide food in small amounts and regularly remove any leftovers to keep the arena clean. Wipe the surface as needed with a soft dry cloth. As the colony grows, connect additional modules to the arena and gradually enlarge the enclosure.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
