The external enclosure for M.2 SATA SSD helps you convert a spare NGFF drive into practical portable storage. The case is designed for M.2 SATA drives with B or B+M key and accommodates lengths of 2230, 2242, 2260, and 2280. It connects to your computer via the USB-C connector on the body of the enclosure and transfers data at a speed of 5 Gb/s. It is suitable for backing up photos, transferring work files between computers, or repurposing a drive left over after upgrading a laptop. The body of the enclosure is made from aluminium alloy, which protects the drive from mechanical damage while also helping to dissipate heat generated during prolonged copying. You can assemble it in just a few minutes: loosen the screws on the side cover, slide out the internal board, insert the drive into the M.2 slot, and secure it. The necessary mini screwdriver and screws are included in the package, so you won’t need to find any additional tools. Before purchasing, please ensure that your drive uses the SATA protocol and has a B or B+M key. NVMe drives with an M key do not work in this enclosure. After inserting the drive, simply connect the enclosure to the USB port of your computer or laptop using the supplied cable. If the drive is new and unformatted, it must first be initialised and formatted in your operating system's disk management. Keep the enclosure dry and protect it from falls to keep the drive inside safe.
This enclosure offers a simple and affordable way to turn an M.2 SATA drive into portable storage for everyday use. With support for lengths of 2230 to 2280, it is suitable for most common NGFF drives found in older laptops and desktop computers. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
