The external enclosure is designed for M.2 SSD drives with a SATA interface, also referred to as NGFF, which can be connected to a laptop, desktop computer, tablet, or phone via USB-C after being inserted into the case. The enclosure transfers data at speeds of up to 5 Gb/s and supports drives with a capacity of up to 4 TB. It is suitable for backing up photos and documents, transferring large files between devices, and repurposing a drive that you have left over after upgrading your laptop. The internal slot accommodates drives with both B-Key and B+M Key. This design does not support NVMe drives, so please verify the type of drive you have before purchasing.
Installation can be done without a screwdriver. By sliding the switch on the side, you can eject the internal board, insert the drive into the slot, secure it with a plastic clip, and slide the board back into the enclosure. The body of the box is made from aluminium alloy, which helps dissipate heat from the drive, and the included silicone thermal pad ensures better heat transfer. A silicone protective cover is fitted over the enclosure to protect the surface from scratches and minor impacts, and with the included strap, the box can be easily hung or carried. The controller supports UASP and TRIM protocols, which enhance transfer efficiency and write speed.

Before inserting the drive, stick the thermal pad onto its chips to improve heat transfer to the aluminium body. Connect the box directly to the USB-C port on the device and always safely eject the drive in the system before disconnecting it to avoid data loss. The new drive may need to be initialised and formatted in the system first. The surface of the enclosure can be wiped with a dry cloth, and the silicone cover can be removed and washed with water; ensure it is thoroughly dried before reattaching.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
