Before first use, fully charge the battery. Use the ball on a flat surface without water and do not leave it in a damp environment, as it is not water-resistant. Wipe the surface with a slightly damp cloth and replace worn feathers with new ones. After play, turn off the toy and store it to prolong battery life. We recommend supervising the play at least initially, until your cat gets used to the moving toy and learns to handle it safely.

How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
