The stand rests on a round weighted base with non-slip pads on the bottom, preventing the stand from sliding on the table. The phone is held by a spring holder with jaws that expand according to the width of the phone and grip it from both sides once released. When assembling, first screw the pole into the hole in the base, then screw the phone holder onto the end of the flexible neck. Before inserting the phone, set the desired height and tighten the clamp securely. Bend the flexible neck smoothly and without sudden movements to maintain its shape for a long time. The surface of the stand can be wiped occasionally with a dry or slightly damp cloth; do not use aggressive cleaning agents.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
