The cooling towel with hood is a practical companion for hot days when you need to cool your head, neck, and shoulders. It works on the principle of water evaporation: simply soak it, wring it out, and put it on, and the fabric will start to cool pleasantly. The hood can be worn alone, under a hat, cap, cycling helmet, or hard hat, or you can simply wrap it around your neck like a traditional cooling towel. Using it is simple. Soak the towel in cold water, wring it out thoroughly, and wave it a few times or shake it to cool the fabric more quickly. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
