Before sticking the ears on, thoroughly clean and degrease the area on the helmet to ensure the adhesive pad holds well. First, position the ears temporarily to see where they will look best, usually symmetrically on the sides of the upper part of the helmet. Then remove the protective film from the pad and press the ear firmly for a few seconds. For cleaning, a damp cloth is sufficient, without aggressive cleaning agents. The flexible material can withstand normal bending when putting on and taking off the helmet.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
