The package includes a capo for 4-string ukulele and four silicone finger protectors in size M. The capo is placed on the neck of the instrument and presses the strings down at the selected fret, allowing the same chord shapes to sound in a higher key. The spring clip opens by pressing both arms and can be attached to or removed from the neck with one hand. The body of the capo is made from lightweight plastic in black, and it hardly obstructs the instrument. The finger protectors slide onto the tips of the fingers that press the strings, and they are particularly useful for beginners.
Size M is the larger of the two sizes of protectors offered in this set, and it fits fingers of average width. The silicone protector is placed directly on the tip of the finger, separating it from the string, so the tips of the fingers do not touch the strings directly. The capo, measuring approximately 6.8 x 6 cm, is small and lightweight, fitting easily into a case pocket, and you can keep it clipped to the head of the instrument between songs. There is a metal spring between the arms that holds the capo on the neck and applies pressure to the strings.
With the capo, you can easily adjust a song to the range of your voice without retuning the ukulele. It is also useful when playing along with songbooks and tutorial videos, which specify where the capo should be placed on the fretboard.

Attach the capo just behind the fret, and always tune the instrument after attaching it, as the pressure of the strings may slightly alter the tuning. Slide the finger protectors on all the way to ensure they do not slip during play. After playing, remove the capo and protectors and store them together in a case to avoid losing them. A clean dry cloth is sufficient for cleaning, and protect the accessories from direct sunlight and heat.
The combination of the capo and finger protectors is a useful kit for anyone starting to play the ukulele or playing regularly. The plastic capo is lightweight and can be operated with one hand, while the protectors keep the tips of the fingers separated from the strings during extended practice. If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
