Using it is very easy. Attach the hooks of the extender to the eyes of the bra, choose the appropriate row, and then fasten the bra hooks into the eyes on the extender. The entire fastening remains on your back, so the extender is not more visible under clothing than a standard fastening. You can detach the extender at any time and wear the bra again without it. We recommend gentle hand washing in lukewarm water along with your underwear and drying it laid flat to help maintain the shape of the elastic part for a long time.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
