You can set the key function in the configuration program available for both Windows and Mac. You can assign one character, a key combination, a macro, mouse function, a time delay, or continuous text up to 18 characters long, which can be used for quick insertion of a password, email address, or frequently used phrase. The setup is always performed after connecting with the included USB-C cable, and then you can use the button wirelessly via Bluetooth. The memory can hold 3 layers of settings, which can be switched between with a short press of the side button. The current layer is indicated by a light – red for the first, green for the second, and blue for the third layer.

You can pair the button by simply searching for Bluetooth devices on your computer. When not in use, hold the side button for about 3 seconds and the device will enter sleep mode. Wake it up by pressing the main or side key. When the battery is low, the wireless connection will stop working, so be sure to charge the button in time with the included USB-C cable.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
