The Baseus Inspire XC1 wireless earphones feature an open design that clips onto the outer ear, leaving the ear canal free. Only the earphones are water-resistant, so please protect the charging case from water and moisture. After exercising, wipe the earphones with a dry soft cloth and place them in the case only when dry. Keep the charging contacts clean to ensure the earphones charge reliably in the case. If the case is inactive for an extended period, charge it occasionally via the USB-C cable.
The Baseus Inspire XC1 are open earphones with a clip that combine comfortable wear with high-quality sound tuned by Bose. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
