Before first use, fully charge the toy. Attach the device to the door frame so that the string with the mouse hangs freely and the cat can comfortably reach the mouse. You can adjust the length of the string to the height of the door and the size of the cat. The mice can be replaced as needed, keeping the toy interesting for the cat. When not in use, turn it off with the button and remove it from the door frame.

How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
