Aluminium Handlebar Clamp Against Theft with 25 mm Ball Head Security Screw and Key Opening 14–40 mm Height 86 mm Grey

The theft-resistant aluminium clamp is a sturdy base for a phone, navigation device, or sports camera mount that cannot be easily loosened by foreign hands. Instead of a wing nut, it is tightened with a security screw with a special head, for which the supplied key fits. The body is machined from CNC aluminium alloy with an anodised surface that withstands wear, pressure, and corrosion. At the top, there is a ball head with a diameter of 25 mm for RAM Mounts arms and mounts. The clamp can be installed on the handlebars of a motorcycle, bicycle, ATV, or UTV.

The jaws open in a range of 14–40 mm, so the clamp fits both thin bicycle handlebars and thick motorcycle tubes. The security screw can only be tightened or loosened using the special key, thereby reducing the risk of someone removing the base along with the mount during a stop. Inside the jaws, there are anti-slip rubber pads with a four-point positioning groove that keep the clamp in place and do not scratch the surface of the handlebars. The expanded base increases the contact area and clamping force and limits displacement under load. The ball head has a matte anti-slip surface.

This clamp is designed for riders who leave their motorcycle or bicycle parked outside and do not want the base of the mount to disappear. After attaching the arm to the ball, the mount can be rotated to the desired angle and tilt, and by tightening the joint, it can be secured in that position. The base can be mounted on the handlebars, but also on the crash frame tube, on the shock absorber, or on the luggage rack, as shown in the sample photos. The large 25 mm ball is also suitable for heavier mounts and navigation devices.

On the sides of the body, there are holes with 1/4" thread into which additional accessories, such as an action camera mount, can be screwed. Keep the special key stored away from the motorcycle or bicycle to ensure the anti-theft protection is effective. Always check that the screw is tightly fastened before riding. After riding in the rain or mud, wipe the clamp with a damp cloth and allow it to dry.

This clamp combines a secure mount for the holder with protection against prying hands. The body made of aluminium alloy and the wide range of jaws allow for mounting in various places on the motorcycle or bicycle. The 25 mm ball opens the way to a wide selection of RAM arms and mounts. The security screw can only be loosened by someone who has the key. The grey finish discreetly blends with most handlebars.
