The adjustable car step hangs on the door lock and creates a sturdy step from which you can comfortably reach the roof of the vehicle. The wide stepping surface measuring 24 x 7 cm provides enough space to stand with both feet. The height of the step can be adjusted using a scissor mechanism in 7 positions, allowing you to customise it to your vehicle and what you are doing on the roof. The step is suitable for cars, estates, SUVs, and vans, and assists with working with roof racks, roof boxes, or crossbars. After use, it can be folded and stored in the boot, door pocket, or under the seat.
The construction is made of aluminium, and the stepping surface has a textured pattern that improves foot support. At the end of the step, there is a curved hook that attaches to the door lock latch, and the lower support rests against the body under the door opening. The step is approximately 10 cm above the support point at its highest position, and in its folded state, the step is flat and takes up minimal space in the car. Installation requires no tools or drilling; simply unfold the step, hang it up, and step on it.

Before use, open the door, attach the hook to the lock latch, and check that the step rests fully on the body. Only then should you transfer your weight onto it, and while working on the roof, hold onto the frame or roof rack. After use, remove the step, close the door, and fold the step. Dirt from the step and mechanism can be wiped with a damp cloth to ensure the moving parts operate smoothly and the step remains clean. Allow the step to dry before storing it.
This car step is a practical helper for anyone who regularly loads bikes, skis, kayaks, or luggage onto the roof of the vehicle. With a stepping width of 7 cm and a length of 24 cm, you have ample space underfoot while working on the roof. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
