60 cm Rain Chain with 4 Basins and Birds Short Metal Gutter Chain Dark Bronze Decorative Water Diverter for Gazebo and Pergola
You already have the maximum available quantity in your cart.
The rain chain with 4 basins and birds is a decorative yet practical alternative to a traditional downpipe. It hangs beneath the outlet of the gutter, allowing rainwater to flow from basin to basin downwards. The total length of the chain is 60 cm, making it suitable for low gutters of gazebos, pergolas, garden sheds, tool sheds, entrance canopies, or awnings over terraces. The shorter length is ideal where the gutter is just a short distance above the ground or above a water container. The chain is made of metal with a dark bronze finish that gives it an antique appearance, complementing wood, stone, brick, and plaster.
The chain features a total of 4 basins, with a small metal bird figurine perched on the edge of each. The basins are connected by a delicate link chain, and each basin catches the water flowing from the one above it. This keeps the water flow together, gradually descending in the form of a small waterfall. The open shape of the basins ensures a smooth and gentle flow of water. During rainfall, the chain produces a pleasant sound of dripping, which many find soothing. The motif of sitting birds adds a natural and playful look, making it a perfect fit for a country garden, a cottage, or a modern home.
- Type – decorative rain chain with basins and birds
- Length – 60 cm
- Number of Basins – 4 basins, each with a metal bird
- Material – metal
- Colour – dark bronze
- Usage – rainwater diverter from the gutter and outdoor decoration for the house, balcony, and garden
- Contents – 1 rain chain with 4 basins and birds
Hang the chain beneath the gutter outlet so that the water falls directly into the top basin. You can let the bottom end hang freely above a rainwater barrel, over a flower bed, or above gravel, or you can anchor it to the ground to reduce swaying in the wind. The chain can also be hung on a balcony or beneath an awning as a standalone decoration that comes to life with each rainfall. If leaves or other debris collect in the basins, simply remove them by hand and rinse the chain with clean water.
The rain chain with birds combines practical water diversion from the gutter with a decorative appearance that enlivens both the house and garden. With a length of 60 cm and 4 basins featuring bird figurines, it makes a neat addition for smaller structures. The dark bronze finish appears elegant and unobtrusive, ensuring that the chain complements rather than overwhelms the surrounding decor. Simple hanging can be accomplished without tools in no time at all. It makes a suitable gift for gardeners and anyone looking to have an original water diverter with the pleasant sound of rain at their home.
