Each box has a food container capacity of 7.5 L and a water container capacity of 11.5 L. The dimensions of one assembled box are 61.5 × 34.5 × 32.5 cm, providing ample space for main dishes and side dishes. Heating is achieved using fuel placed in holders under the container, ensuring even temperature maintenance during serving. The lid helps protect the contents and also reduces heat loss during serving. Each piece weighs 4.2 kg, which corresponds to a stable yet easily manageable design.
The set includes both full and divided containers, allowing for various arrangements of served dishes. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
