The 3-in-1 retractable charging cable replaces three separate cables and helps keep things organised wherever you charge your phone or other small devices. On one side, it has a standard USB-A connector that plugs into a charger, computer, power bank, or USB port in your car. On the other side, you will find three connectors: Lightning, USB-C, and Micro USB, so with one cable, you can cover both older and newer phones, headphones, and other accessories. The retractable mechanism stops at several intervals while pulling out, approximately every 20 cm according to the manufacturer's images, so you do not have to unravel the entire cable when the device is right next to the power source. When pulling out, pull the cable evenly at both ends to the sides, as recommended by the manufacturer, and when retracting, let it return freely to the case without a sharp jerk. Do not expose the cable to sharp bends near the connectors, and always let it retract after use to prevent the casing from wearing out unnecessarily. The case only needs to be wiped occasionally with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Store the cable in a dry place and away from heat sources, for example, behind the windscreen of the car in direct sunlight.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
