The wall-mounted electric vehicle charger with a three-phase output of 11 kW and Type 2 socket is designed for charging at home and on the go. The power supply is provided by a short cable of 0.5 m with a red CEE plug (5 pins, 380–450 V), allowing you to connect the charging station to a three-phase socket in your garage, at a cottage, or in a company facility. The colour LCD display continuously shows the charging status, set and actual current, voltage of each phase, temperature, instantaneous power, and consumption in kWh. The charging current can be selected according to the capacity of the circuit breaker, so the wallbox can adapt to weaker domestic supplies. Thanks to the Wi-Fi connection and mobile application, you can set the current, charging time, and delayed start directly from your phone.

Compact dimensions of 20 × 20 × 10 cm and the carrying bag allow you to transport the charger in the boot and use it wherever a three-phase CEE socket is available. The combination of adjustable current, delayed start, and consumption measurement provides an overview of how much energy you have actually supplied to the vehicle and allows charging during lower electricity prices. Control remains accessible even without a phone – all three functions can be set using the touch buttons directly on the front panel. For outdoor use, it is advisable to place the charger under an overhang or in a sheltered area, as the CEE plug has a lower rating than the charger body itself. The charging station is suitable for both permanent placement at home and as a mobile solution for travel and charging away from home.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
