The winter face mask with earmuffs combines two accessories in one and protects your mouth, nose and ears from frost and cold wind. It is made of soft fleece polyester that keeps you pleasantly warm. The front panel covers the lower part of the face from the bridge of the nose to below the chin and turns into oval earmuffs at the sides that fully cover the ears. You put the mask on in a moment with the elastic ear loops hidden inside the earmuffs. It suits women and men and complements any winter jacket or coat.
Small ventilation holes in the front make breathing under the mask easier. The centre seam follows the shape of the nose and chin, so the mask fits snugly to the face. The mask measures approximately 24 x 24.5 cm, which comfortably covers an adult face. The edges are trimmed with elastic knit that helps it keep its shape. The soft ear covers replace classic earmuffs or a headband and warm the whole ear. You can wear the mask on its own or combine it with a hat and neck warmer.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
