Winter earmuffs without a headband are a practical alternative to classic earmuffs and to a hat. Each ear warmer is put on separately directly over the ear, so there is no headband or clip running over your head. This means you can wear them with a ponytail or a hood. The soft furry surface keeps you pleasantly warm and protects your ears from cold wind outdoors. Inside each ear warmer there is a lined ear opening where your ear fits comfortably.
Anyone can put them on in a few seconds. Simply bend the ear warmer between your fingers to open it, place it over your ear and then squeeze it lightly so it closes around the ear. Taking it off is just as easy, simply pull it gently off your ear. The earmuffs come in three sizes S, M and L, so you can easily choose the one that fits your ears best. The smallest size S measures 7.9 x 5.8 cm, the medium M 8.7 x 6.3 cm and the largest L 9.6 x 6.6 cm. When choosing, go mainly by the size of your ear, the opening inside should wrap comfortably around it.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
