Winter ear warmers protect your ears from the cold and wind while being light on the crown of your head. The outer side is made of soft curly fleece from polyester, which resembles lambskin and feels cosy. Inside both shells, there is a thick fleece lining that provides pleasant warmth and is gentle on the skin. To wear the warmers, simply put them on from the back, place the band behind your head, and position the shells over your ears. The band at the back does not interfere even when wearing a scarf or high collar. Before storing, gently bend them and place them in your pocket. It is advisable to keep the fleece dry and clean; any dirt can be gently removed with a damp cloth, and the warmers should be left to air dry at room temperature. You can lightly comb the curly surface with your fingers after drying to maintain its fluffy appearance.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
