The USB-C to USB-C retractable cable is designed for anyone who needs to charge a laptop, tablet, and smartphone with one cable while keeping their bag tidy. The cable supports fast charging Power Delivery with a power output of up to 100 W at 20 V and 5 A, making it capable of powering even more powerful laptops that charge via USB-C. The total length of the cable is 1 m and you do not have to use the entire length. The cable extends by pulling both ends simultaneously, and the length can be adjusted gradually in several steps, depending on how far away the socket or charger is. To retract it, simply pull on both ends again and slowly release the cable; the casing will automatically wind it back. Do not pull the cable from just one side or the middle; the mechanism is designed for even tension from both ends. The USB-C connectors are gold-plated, which improves resistance to oxidation, and the flat cable made of soft TPE is less prone to breaking.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
