The UGREEN vertical wireless mouse is designed for everyday computer work, allowing you to keep your hand in a more natural position than with a traditional flat mouse. The body of the mouse is tilted at an angle of 57°, so your palm rests on the side and your thumb relaxes on the contoured support. You can connect it in two ways, via Bluetooth 5.0 or via a 2.4 GHz USB receiver. This makes it easy to use with a laptop, desktop computer, tablet, or phone. The mouse is intended for right-handed users and is suitable for medium to large hands.
The optical sensor offers four levels of sensitivity, which you can switch between using the button on the top. A lower setting is suitable for precise work in graphic programs, while a higher setting is ideal for quick cursor movement across a large high-resolution monitor. The mouse features a total of 5 buttons, including side buttons for back and forward, which speed up browsing the web and lengthy documents. Clicking is muted, so it does not disturb colleagues in the office or other household members. The matte surface with a fine texture is pleasant to the touch, non-slip, and reduces palm sweating during extended use.

Before first use, insert an AA battery into the mouse and turn it on. To connect via Bluetooth, simply search for the mouse in the settings of your laptop or tablet; for the 2.4 GHz mode, plug the receiver into a free USB port. Use the system switch to select whether you are using the mouse with a Windows computer or a Mac. When the mouse is not in use for an extended period, it will automatically enter sleep mode to save battery, which according to the manufacturer lasts up to 18 months. The surface can be wiped occasionally with a dry or slightly damp cloth.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
