The rechargeable vertical mouse replaces the traditional flat mouse wherever you work at a computer for many hours a day. The vertical hand position with a 57° angle resembles a handshake, keeping the wrist in a neutral position and reducing strain on the forearm. Instead of replaceable batteries, the mouse has a built-in 500 mAh battery, which according to the manufacturer lasts for over 60 hours of continuous use. You can select the connection mode using the switch on the bottom, where there is also a power-saving switch for when the mouse is not in use for an extended period. The USB receiver is stored in a small compartment at the bottom of the body, ensuring it is always handy when travelling with a laptop. The mouse works on a desktop, on paper, and on a fabric mouse pad. Wipe the surface with a dry or slightly damp cloth. If the mouse is not used for a long time, it is advisable to charge it before storage and turn it off with the switch to prevent unnecessary battery drain.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
