The Mini PC GMKtec Nucbox G10 is a compact computer for office and home use that you can customise to your own specifications. This variant is supplied as a barebone, meaning without RAM and without a drive, allowing you to choose the capacity and brand of components yourself. At its core is the AMD Ryzen 5 3500U processor with four cores and eight threads, a 4 MB cache, and a clock speed ranging from 2.1 GHz to 3.7 GHz. The graphics are handled by the integrated Radeon Vega 8, with a frequency of 1200 MHz, capable of supporting up to three displays simultaneously. The silver chassis measures 103 x 98 x 42 mm and features two USB ports and a 3.5 mm connector on the front.

- Adjustable TDP — the model allows reduction of TDP to 12 W or increase to 35 W depending on the desired performance and noise level.
- VESA mount — the package includes a VESA mount with screws for securing behind a monitor or under a desk.

The Nucbox G10 is suitable for office, home, or workplace environments where space is limited for a traditional case. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
