The macro keyboard with two mechanical keys and a rotary knob combines programmable shortcuts with a practical hub. Next to the keys, you will find 2 USB 2.0 ports, into which you can connect, for example, a mouse, flash drive, or wireless keyboard receiver, without having to reach for the computer. Both keys can be set in the control software for copying, pasting, saving, or a complete macro. Under the keys, there is RGB backlighting with several lighting modes. The keyboard connects to the computer via a cable through a USB-C connector.
The multimedia knob is used to control volume and playback, so you can adjust the sound with a single turn without searching through the system. The switch sockets support hot swap and allow you to replace the switches with other compatible MX types with three or five pins without soldering. Settings are saved in the built-in memory and remain intact even after disconnecting the keyboard, so you can transfer it to another computer and the shortcuts will work the same.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
