The folding digital meat thermometer is a practical assistant for every kitchen, garden grill, and smoker. The probe made of stainless steel easily folds out from the body of the thermometer and, when inserted into food, displays the current temperature on a clear LCD screen. The thermometer measures in the range of -50 to 300 °C, making it suitable for checking roasted meat, poultry, fish, sauces, hot oil while frying, and beverages. The probe rotates within a range of 180 °, allowing you to hold the thermometer at the most comfortable angle for measurement. After use, you can fold the probe back into the body, where it is protected and does not take up unnecessary space.

Operation is straightforward and can be managed by anyone. There are three buttons on the front – power on and off, unit switching °C/°F, and the HOLD function, which retains the measured value on the display. This allows you to read the temperature even when you pull the thermometer out of the oven or grill and check it calmly. The body of the thermometer features a clear table of recommended temperatures for various types of meat, so you do not need to search in a cookbook. The compact body measures 15.3 x 3.3 x 1.6 cm when folded and easily fits into a drawer or the pocket of an apron. The thermometer automatically turns off, saving battery life.

You can keep the thermometer handy at all times. A strong magnet on the back holds it to the fridge door or any other metal surface, and the hanging loop allows you to hang it on a hook by the counter or on a kitchen rail. Wipe the probe after each measurement with a damp cloth or tissue and allow the thermometer to dry before folding it. For longer periods of non-use, we recommend removing the battery from the battery compartment on the back.
