The extra large Russian piping nozzle SL40 features a carved spiral rose pattern at the tip, from which the cream emerges in the form of twisted petals. With a single squeeze of the piping bag, a complete flower is formed that resembles a rose or a tulip bud. The nozzle is made of stainless steel 304 suitable for food contact and has a seamless design without joints on the body. The large opening accommodates plenty of cream, resulting in full and vibrant flowers. It is suitable for both beginners and experienced bakers who wish to decorate quickly and neatly.
The diameter of the opening with the pattern is 44.5 mm, the wider end inserted into the bag has a diameter of 55.5 mm, and the height of the nozzle is 44 mm. This means you need a sufficiently large piping bag into which the nozzle fits from the inside. With cream coloured in two shades, the spiral creates petals with a gentle colour transition that looks very natural. For clean outlines of the spiral, use a firmer buttercream at room temperature. Hold the nozzle perpendicular to the surface, squeeze the bag, and after forming the flower, lift it straight up. You can create flowers directly on the cupcake or on baking paper and transfer them to the cake after cooling. After use, wash the nozzle in warm soapy water, clean the openings with a brush, and allow it to dry thoroughly. If the petals stick together while decorating, place the bag with cream in the fridge for a few minutes. The finished flowers can be complemented with green leaves from a smaller leaf nozzle.

How do I return goods?
