The extra large Russian decorating nozzle SL47 is designed to create full cream flowers in one motion. The tip features a carved circular floral pattern with a centre and several concentric rows of petals. The cream emerges as a dense round flower, reminiscent of a peony or a full rose. The nozzle is made from stainless steel 304 suitable for food contact. The large opening allows for creating a striking flower even on a larger cupcake or in the centre of a cake.
The nozzle has a seamless design with no joint on the casing, so cream does not get trapped inside and cleaning is quick. The regular pattern ensures that all flowers on the tray are of equal size and symmetrical, which is particularly appreciated by those who decorate a larger quantity of pastries at once. With cream coloured in two shades, flowers with an interesting coloured centre can be created. Insert the nozzle into a sufficiently large piping bag and fill it with a firmer buttercream. When decorating, hold the nozzle perpendicular to the surface, squeeze the bag evenly, and then quickly lift the nozzle to separate the individual petals. You can create flowers directly on the pastries or on baking paper and transfer them to the cake after cooling. After use, rinse the nozzle in warm water with dish soap, clean the openings with a brush, and let it dry. If the petals stick together or lose shape while decorating, the cream is too soft and it helps to chill it in the fridge for a while. Finished flowers can be complemented with green leaves from a smaller leaf nozzle or sprinkled with sugar pearls.

How do I return goods?
