The extra large Russian decorating nozzle SL41 helps you decorate cakes and pastries with cream flowers without lengthy shaping. The tip of the nozzle features a carved star pattern with six pointed petals converging at the centre of the flower. The cream emerges directly in the shape of a complete flower with sharp petal tips. The nozzle is made from food-grade stainless steel 304, allowing for repeated use. To ensure the petal tips have sharp shapes, use a firmer buttercream that does not soften after being piped. You can colour the cream in one shade or place two colours side by side in the bag to create a colour gradient from the centre to the tips of the petals. When decorating, hold the nozzle perpendicular, apply even pressure, and lift it quickly and straight after forming the flower. Finished flowers can be complemented with green leaves from a smaller leaf nozzle. Flowers can be decorated directly on the cake or first on baking paper and then transferred to the dessert once cooled. After use, rinse the nozzle in warm soapy water, clean the narrow cuts between the petals with a brush, and allow it to dry thoroughly before storing.

How do I return goods?
