The external box for M.2 SSD transforms an internal drive from a laptop or desktop computer into a practical portable storage solution. The case supports drives with the M.2 NVMe and M.2 SATA protocols, so you don't have to worry about what type of SSD you currently have at home. The connection is provided by a USB-C connector with a transfer speed of up to 10 Gb/s, allowing even large files to be copied quickly. The box is suitable for data backup, transferring photos and videos, or reviving an old SSD that was left over after upgrading your computer. The drive is not included; the case is ready for your own SSD.
Installation is tool-free. By pressing the button on the top, you can slide out the internal tray, insert the drive at an angle into the slot, and secure it with a locking pin. The case accommodates drives in sizes of 2230, 2242, 2260, and 2280 with a capacity of up to 2 TB. The tray can then be easily slid back into the body of the case, and the box is immediately ready for use. The body is made of aluminium, and the internal drive holder has a metal surface that helps dissipate heat during longer copying sessions.

The case functions as plug and play; once connected, the system recognises it without driver installation. With OTG support, it can also be connected to devices that support this function. A new and unused drive needs to be initialised and formatted in disk management after the first connection; otherwise, it will not appear in the system. The included cable has a USB-C connector for the case on one end and a USB-A connector for the computer on the other. The resulting transfer speed always depends on the type of inserted drive; SATA drives are generally slower than NVMe drives.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
