The disc brake lock is a simple and compact theft deterrent for anyone parking a motorcycle, scooter, electric scooter, or bicycle with disc brakes. The lock fits directly onto the brake disc and its pin passes through one of the holes in the disc, preventing the wheel from turning and making it difficult to tow the vehicle away. The body of the lock is made entirely from a combination of zinc and aluminium alloy and the lock head is metal. Compact dimensions of approximately 6.5 x 4.5 cm allow the lock to be carried in a jacket pocket, backpack, or saddlebag. It is suitable for quick stops at shops, work, school, as well as for longer parking on the street.
Locking is quick and does not require a key. Simply place the lock on the disc and push the insert downwards, which will insert the pin and keep the lock secured. To unlock, use one of the two supplied keys with a milled profile. The lock cylinder made from zinc alloy is sealed against water, making it more resistant to rain and road dirt. The surface of the lock body is painted and coated, which helps protect the metal from corrosion.

Before fitting, ensure that the brake disc has a hole large enough for the pin and that this hole is close to the outer edge of the disc. Fit the lock so that the pin passes through the entire hole and the body of the lock does not obstruct the movement of other parts of the bicycle. Always remove the lock before riding, otherwise, the disc may become locked when you start moving. Occasionally clean the insert from dust and mud, and if used in the rain for extended periods, allow it to dry. It is advisable to keep a spare key at home or in another safe location.
This disc brake lock offers practical security for parked vehicles in a small and easily portable design. It locks with a single press and unlocks with a key, of which you receive two in the package. The gap of 6.5 mm indicates the maximum thickness of the disc onto which the lock can be fitted. The sealed insert and painted surface are designed for outdoor use. The lock is suitable as a standalone security device or as an addition to a chain or frame lock, and thanks to its pocket size, you will always have it on hand.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
