The 3-in-1 retractable charging cable replaces three separate cables and saves space in your bag, car, and on your desk. On one end, it has a standard USB-A connector that you can plug into a charging adapter, computer, power bank, or USB socket in the car. On the other end, you will find three connectors: USB-C, Lightning, and Micro USB. When pulling out the cable, pull both ends simultaneously and evenly until you reach the required length. In the same way, you can release the cable and let it retract back into the casing. Do not pull just one side; the mechanism is designed to extend from both sides simultaneously. Keep the cable dry and protect the connectors from dirt to ensure they fit reliably into the devices.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
