Attach the tuner to the head of the instrument, press the button briefly to turn it on, and hold it down to select the mode for the instrument you are playing. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
