Before trimming, comfortably settle your cat on your lap, gently press the pad of the paw to extend the nail, and turn on the light. Always cut just a little before the vein and prefer to take less at a time; you can gradually shorten the nails. After use, wipe the blade with a dry or slightly damp cloth, secure the clippers with the safety feature, and store them out of reach of children. When the light dims, replace the battery with a new one of the same type. If your cat is restless, trim only a few nails each day and reward them with a treat after each trimming session.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
