In the city and in traffic, it is advisable to shorten the strap to 85 cm, as this keeps the dog close to your side and prevents them from getting into the road. In a meadow or forest, you will appreciate the full length of 145 cm, which allows your dog to sniff around the sides of the path. Before heading out, check that the buckle is tightened and the carabiner is clipped, as these two points will show signs of wear first. If you are leading your dog across a busy intersection, wrap the shortened strap around your palm and keep the loop on your wrist. After the walk, simply wipe the strap with a damp cloth and let it dry to keep it clean and odour-free.

How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
