The wooden stand with a glass pot is a practical assistant for anyone who writes or draws with a dip pen. The base consists of a dark wood stand with a circular indentation for the glass ink pot. At the opposite end of the base, there is a carved groove where you can rest the pen during work. This way, you have both the ink and the pen always at hand in one place, and you do not have to search for where to put the pen. The stand is suitable for both glass and metal dip pens and works well for calligraphy, drawing, and painting.

The glass pot has a diameter of 42.8 mm and is closed with a silver screw cap, so you can leave the ink in it even after finishing your work. The height of the stand with the inserted pot is 50.8 mm, making the entire assembly low and stable, taking up little space on the table. The indentation in the base holds the pot in place, preventing it from shifting unnecessarily while dipping the pen. The pot can also be placed tilted in the indentation, making it easier to access the ink even when there is only a small amount left in the pot. You can pour your favourite ink colour into the pot or prepare liquid watercolour paints.

Before first use, rinse the pot with clean water and let it dry thoroughly. Only fill the ink to a height that comfortably allows the nib to fit in without overflowing when dipping.
