The alarm system combines simple operation on the touchscreen with sufficient capacity for larger installations, as it can cover multiple rooms or an entire building. The combination of mobile network and WiFi increases the reliability of alerts, and the backup battery keeps the panel functional even without connection to the power grid. Thanks to wireless sensors, security can be gradually expanded with additional door and window contacts or motion detectors. Naming zones and controllers makes it easier to identify where exactly the breach occurred. The panel is suitable as a base for home security or as an addition to existing property protection.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
