The wired macro keyboard with USB-C connection is a reliable assistant for working in graphic and editing programmes as well as for gaming. It offers 12 programmable mechanical keys and four rotary knobs, to which you can assign keyboard shortcuts, key combinations, or multimedia commands. The most frequently used functions are just a press away. Simply connect it to your computer or laptop using the included cable and you can start working. The wired connection ensures a stable link without pairing.
The rotary knobs consist of one large and three smaller controllers. Each can be turned left, right, and pressed, allowing you to control up to three functions with one knob, such as volume, timeline scrubbing, or zoom. In the included software, you can assign standard keys, combinations like Ctrl+C, media controls, mouse functions, or game controller mode to the keys and knobs. Settings are saved in 3 layers and you can switch shortcut sets according to the programme you are currently using. The mechanical switches provide a clear response with each press, and thanks to the hot swap function, they can be replaced without soldering. The keyboard works without the need for driver installation, and the software is only required for changing settings. You can customise the backlighting to your taste. There are five lighting modes available, such as gradual lighting of the keys, lighting of only the pressed key, or a solid colour, and seven colours from red to purple. If you do not need the light, you can turn it off. The setup programme can be downloaded via the QR code, and after connecting the keyboard with the cable, you can easily assign functions to individual keys and knobs.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
