Before washing the headband, carefully remove the speakers from the pockets and after the fabric has dried, place them back so they sit over the ears. When storing, loosely coil the cable and do not pull on it when removing the connector from the device. Wear the headband so that the speakers lie directly on the ears, and adjust it higher or lower as needed according to the shape of your head.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
