The wired earphones with ear hooks feature an open design, ensuring they do not insert into the ear canal, leaving the ear free. This allows you to perceive ambient sounds, which is appreciated when walking in the city, in the office, or during household chores. The earphones stay securely on your ears with flexible hooks that can be adjusted to fit your ear shape. The hooks are made from a soft material with a flexible wire inside, allowing them to be gently shaped for a more secure fit on the ears. Before purchasing, please ensure that your device has a 3.5 mm jack headphone output. When putting them on, first hang the hook behind your ear and then place the earphone to your ear. If the earphones do not fit as expected, gently adjust the hook. After use, loosely coil the cable and store the earphones so that the cable does not bend at a sharp angle near the connector. The surface can be wiped with a dry or slightly damp cloth.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
