The Wifi access lock with code offers multiple unlocking methods in one compact device: face recognition, fingerprint, PIN code, RFID card, and mobile app. Thanks to the connection with the Tuya app via Wi-Fi, you can manage the lock remotely, add and delete users, or view records of door openings. The dual card reader supports both 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz frequencies, making it compatible with standard access cards and key fobs. The silver body with a black panel and backlit keypad provides IP66 rating, making it suitable for outdoor installation at entry doors. The device measures 132 x 70 x 23 mm and is powered by a direct current of 12–18 V.
- Face Recognition – the dual camera at the top of the panel is used for contactless user verification by face.
- Semi-conductor Fingerprint Reader – the sensor at the bottom of the device with coloured backlighting ensures quick fingerprint recognition.
- User Capacity – up to 300 faces, 500 fingerprints and 5000 cards can be stored in memory.
- Dual RFID Card Reader – frequencies of 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz, reading range of 1–3 cm, card symbol is directly marked on the keypad.
- Virtual PIN Code – any digits can be entered before and after the correct code, so no one watching you enter the code can discover it.
- Temporary Passwords – generate a six-digit code with one-time or recurring validity in the Tuya app and send it to visitors remotely.
- Remote Control via App – unlock doors from your mobile, manage users and view records of door openings.
- Master Card – allows adding and removing users directly on the device without needing to use the app.
- Doorbell Function and Always Open Mode – the keypad has a doorbell button, and the lock can be switched to a mode where the doors remain unlocked.
- Durable Design – zinc alloy casing, IP66 rating against water and dust, operating temperature -20 °C to 60 °C and humidity 0–98 % RH.

The Wifi access lock with face and fingerprint recognition replaces traditional keys at the entry doors of homes, offices, or communal areas. Each user can choose the most convenient unlocking method, whether face, finger, card, PIN code, or mobile phone. The zinc alloy casing with an IP66 rating is suitable for outdoor installation. A power source with 12–18 V DC supply is required for installation.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
