The electric car charger in the form of a wall-mounted wallbox charges vehicles with a Type 2 connector at a power of up to 22 kW with a current of 32 A in a three-phase network. Charging can be controlled via the Tuya Smart app connected via WiFi, buttons on the station, or using an RFID card. The colour LCD display shows the charging status, set current, voltage, power, and energy consumed. The charging current can be adjusted according to the capabilities of the home electrical installation, and the start of charging can be delayed to a cheaper tariff. The wallbox in silver-black design is suitable for home charging in the garage, under a shelter, or on the driveway.
- Charging power — The wallbox connects to a three-phase network with a voltage of 380 to 450 V and achieves a power of up to 22 kW with a current of 32 A per phase. The actual charging speed also depends on the vehicle's onboard charger.
- Adjustable current — Using the button on the station or in the app, you can switch the charging current in steps of 8, 10, 16, 20, 26, and 32 A. A lower current is suitable for a weaker connection, smaller circuit breaker, or when used alongside other appliances.
- Delayed and timed charging — The start of charging can be delayed by 1 to 15 hours, and the charging duration can also be set from 1 to 15 hours. This allows you to shift charging to the night when electricity is cheaper.
- Control via app — After the initial pairing via the same WiFi network, the phone connects to the station automatically. In the Tuya Smart app, you can set the current, delayed start, and charging duration, as well as monitor voltage, current, power, energy, and temperature.
- RFID card — The station has an RFID card reader that can start charging once the vehicle is connected. This is useful where other people also have access to the station, such as in a shared parking lot or at a company.
- Protective features — The wallbox has protection against lightning, current leakage, overheating, overcurrent, overvoltage, and voltage fluctuations, as well as grounding protection.
- Durability — The station has an IP65 rating against dust and splashing water, making it suitable for outdoor installation. In heavy rain, it is recommended to protect both the charger and the vehicle.
- Installation — The wallbox is designed for wall mounting or on a standalone stand. It connects permanently to the electrical installation, so please entrust the installation to a professional.

The electric car charger is a practical solution for regular charging of electric vehicles or plug-in hybrids at home. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
