The two-wire video phone is designed for most European households and connects the indoor monitor with the outdoor calling unit using just two wires regardless of polarity. The set consists of a 7" touch monitor and an outdoor station with a 2Mpx camera with a resolution of 1080P and a touch code keypad. The intercom with camera allows you to see, hear, and speak to the visitor and open the door with a single touch. Thanks to the WiFi connection of the monitor and the mobile application, you can keep an eye on what is happening at the door remotely, anytime and from anywhere. Wall installation is manageable even by yourself due to the included mount, connecting cables, and power adapter.

Recording to the memory card keeps track of movement at the door and allows you to return to individual events at any time. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
